We’re building a dynamic team to help launch Greenway’s pioneering undergraduate engineering program.
As we build Greenway, we’re looking to grow our team. We seek creative, energetic, and team-oriented applicants for positions across the institution. We hope applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds consider applying. We welcome interest from individuals with diverse educational backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise who are excited to help imagine the future of engineering education. Additionally, we encourage folks with interdisciplinary background, practicing engineers, and K–12 STEM educators to apply, particularly those who share our commitment to mentoring students through hands-on, project-based learning.
Who We’re Looking For
Due to a recent federal proclamation (September 2025) imposing a $100,000 annual fee on new H-1B visa petitions for individuals applying from outside the United States, we are unable to sponsor international candidates at this time. This limitation is in direct conflict with our values and our desire to welcome talented people from around the world, but current federal policy makes sponsorship financially impossible.
